This petition is filed to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the respondents 1 to 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay of 122 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
