Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the second and third respondent to pass an order based on in view of representation dated 07.08.2023, to issuepatta for petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.80/5 and New Sub-divided Survey No.80/5A, in plot No.23, in Rasathupuram Village,Walajah Taluk,Ranipet District. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta for the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.80/5 and New Sub-divided Survey No.80/5A, in plot No.23, in Rasathupuram Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased a land in Old Survey No.80/5 and New Sub-divided Survey No.80/5A, in plot No.23, in Rasathupuram Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District through a registered a sale deed dated 29.05.2006 bearing document No.2597 of 2006, since then he has been in possession of the said property till date.

The petitioner filed a representation dated 05.08.2023 to the third respondent by enclosing all the relevant documents to issue patta in respect of the said land in favour of the petitioner. However, the said application was kept in abeyance without any disposal and he was not given 2/4

patta, as sought for and hence, this writ petition seeking for a suitable directions.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if a specific time frame is given, the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023 will be disposed of.

Considering the limited scope of relief sought by the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023 in respect of grant of patta for the said property purchased by him vide document bearing No. 2597 of 2006 dated 29.05.2006 and dispose of the same in the manner know to law as quickly as possible at any rate not later than six weeks from the date of uploading this order.
