This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23170 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every working day at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case is before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore in C.C.No.9002 of 2022 and the case is posted on 21.11.2024 for witness.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore for hearing on 21.11.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby,the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23170 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 is modified.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
