This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus Directing the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No. 15/ 2025- 2026/ SDO/ dated 5.08.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent forthwith.

PRAYER in WP No. 33923 of 2025;

This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in tender Notice no.14/2025-2026/ SDO/ dated 04.08.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent forthwith.

WP No. 33922 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No. 15/ 2025- 2026/ SDO/ dated 5.08.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent forthwith.

WP No. 33923 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in tender Notice no.14/2025-2026/ SDO/ dated 04.08.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent forthwith.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that for the purpose of participating the tender, it is necessary to get cite inspection certificate from the third respondent and the same was not given by them. Hence, the present petitions.

5. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, submitted that the cite inspection certificate will be issued to the petitioners today itself during office hours.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, all the writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
