This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to fix the date for the final hearing of the above Crl.A.No.15 of 2024. 2.Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant/accused, would submit that the petitioner was a Page No.2 of 5

Government servant; that pursuant to the impugned judgment, he was dismissed from service; and that there are several arguable points in the above appeal and prayed for an earlier hearing of bail.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to fix the date for the final hearing. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
