2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent herein the first respondent/Police issued summons to the petitioners for enquiry and the same is still pending.

3. No doubt, after receiving the complaint, it is the duty of the police to conduct an enquiry prior to register the case and to file final report. Calling the petitioners for enquiry cannot be considered as harassment. Hence, the petitioners are directed to co-operate for the enquiry/investigation.
