Ripon Building Chennai -600 003 ..Respondent(s) Prayer:- This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for records pertaining to the order No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E1/20715/2016 dated 03.08.2016 and order No.PoThu.Na.Ka.No.EE1/ 20715/2016 dated 20.01.2018 issued by the 1st Respondent read with the order No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E1/19852/2017 dated 31.05.

2018 issued by the 1st Respondent, Quash the same as illegal, only to the extent it has not considered the seniority of the petitioners above the Respondents 4 to 13 and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to notionally effect the promotion of the Petitioners to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer from the date the Respondents 4 to 13 herein were promoted as such with all consequential benefits and may pass WP No. 35888 of 2025 Prayer: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for records pertaining to the Order Annexure - I to G.O(D) No. 287, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC.5) Department, Dated 24.05.
