ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2019 and notify Thularankurichi Village Panchayat President Post in General Category for local body election based on the letter of the Third respondent in Na.Ka.No.136/2016, dated 02.12.2016.

2. In furtherance to the order dated 17.12.2019 passed by this Court, the Third Respondent has issued a letter dated 19.12.2019 to the petitioner disposing his representation dated 19.11.2019 and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. If the Petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to work out his remedy before the proper forum for necessary relief in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
