For Petitioner : Mr.G.Sandeep Kumar (party-in-person) For Respondents : Mr.P.Harish Government Advocate (For R1 & R2 ) COMMON ORDER The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:- To direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2024 in and by which the petitioner has requested the second respondent not to entertain registration of any document without the signature of the petitioner as he is also entitled to a share in the property.

2.Heard the party in person, Mr.Sandeep and Mr.P.Harish, the learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and perused the records.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representations dated 2/5

18.07.2024 and 29.07.2024 and pass orders on representation in question which is for an injunction restraining the Registering Authority from registering documents in respect of the property which is the subject matter of civil suit. Since the petitioner has already filed a civil suit for partition, he shall file a necessary application before the Additional District Court, Chengalpet in O.S.No.781 of 2024 for an injunction restraining the defendants from executing any documents in respect of the suit property. On such application being moved, the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
