O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent to the consider petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2024.."

The party in person has approached this Court for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 14.10.2024, within stipulated time and pass orders. 3.The petitioner's contention is that the property belonged to his grand father, Sthalasayanam Naidu, who had two sons and two daughters, Govindaraj, Sathyavathi, Sritharan and Suguna. The petitioner and his sister are the children of Govindaraj, through his first wife.

4.The petitioner would submit that there being an ancestral property they are all entitled to the share in the properties of their grand father and they had filed a suit in O.S.No.781 of 2024 on the file of the Additional District Court, Chengalpattu, for partition. The petitioner's apprehension is that the other sharers are attempting to mutate the revenue records without notice to the petitioner.

5. A representation has been made by the petitioner, which has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

6. Heard the party in person and the learned Special Government Pleader.

7. Considering the limited request that has been made and taking note of the fact that the suit is pending, a mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation after issuing notice to the parties concerned, within a period of 8 weeks from the 3/6

date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time as the enquiry is completed, revenue records shall not be mutated.

8. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
