By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Village Administrative Officer on 12.03.1984 and subsequently he retired from service on 31.07.2010. The petitioner made several representations for his terminal benefits and pensionary benefit to the respondents. However, his representations were not considered by the respondents. His representation was already forwarded by the 4th respondent to the 5th respondent vide proceedings dated 03.05.2018 and 26.06.2018. Till date the same was not considered and no final order was passed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 5th respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by the 4th respondent dated 03.05.2018 and 26.06.2018 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would accede to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that if any such proposal was forwarded by the 4th respondent and was received by the 5th respondent, the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the 5th respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by the 4th respondent dated 03.05.2018 & 26.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
