This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8562 of 2024 dated 18.06.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police twice in a month ie., 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
