O R D E R The petitioner seeks to quash the entire records in Crime No. 286 of 2024 on the file of the 1 st respondent police / Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Police Station, Coimbatore District and quash the proceedings against the petitioner.

2. Though it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that it is only a civil transaction and no offence has been made out, the allegation in the FIR makes it very clear that the petitioner by giving a false promise received a sum of Rs.35,10,000/- [Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs and Ten Thousand only]. If there is really deception present from the inception or not would be unearthed only during the investigation. At this stage, it is not a fit case to quash the present FIR in Crime No.286 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
