ORDER

This civil revision has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur, for early disposal of the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2018 preferably within the time frame to be fixed by this court.

2. The respondent is the wife of the petitioner. She has filed the original petition in HMOP NO.38 of 2018 against the petitioner for divorce on the ground of cruelty. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has filed his counter affidavit as early as in the month of June, 2019, the original petition has not yet been taken up for trial till date. Hence, he has no other option except to approach this court for appropriate direction to the court below for early disposal of the original petition.

3. Heard both sides and also perused the records carefully.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would, on instructions, submit that the respondent has got no serious https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

objection for giving a direction to the court below for early disposal of the case.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur, to dispose of the original petition No.38 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly with the above direction. No costs.
