ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, preliminary enquiry was conducted.
After enquiry the petitioner's complaint was closed on 16.11.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of her complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
