This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble 1/3

Court made in W.P.No.14337 of 2011, dated 21.06.2019 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and appointment order was issued to the petitioner and he also joined duty and produced the proceedings dated 17.02.2020 to that effect.
