This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2017 by inspecting the petitioner's property in survey no.2284 situated at Mangorange, Pandalur Taluk, Nilgiris District.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that there is a civil suit with regard to the issue involved herein and the same is pending consideration before the appropriate court.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the parties to agitate their respective claims in the Civil Suit pending before the Civil Court concerned by filing appropriate interim application.
