This petition has been filed seeking to incorporate Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 1998 in all other offences as stated in Crl.O.P.No.25477 of 2023.

2.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Before issuing the order copy, Registry may carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.25477 of 2023 and also showing Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 1998 as one of the offence and order copy may also be issued after incorporating the said offence.
