The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 417 & 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.not known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the Fir was registered in the Crime No. 15 of 2023 , in which, the name of the petitioners does not find place. Hence, the petitioners herein are not an accused in this case.
