..Respondents Prayer:- Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, in 1971, to punish the respondents herein for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.M.P.No.3029 of 2018 in W.P.No.29254 of 2017, dated 21.02.2018.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents herein for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.M.P.No.3029 of 2018 in W.P.No.29254 of 2017, dated 21.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the interim direction already granted by this Court in W.M.P.No.3029 of 2018 in W.P.No.29254 of 2017, dated 21.02.2018, has been complied with. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has also been received an amount of Rs.6,87,832/- (Rupees Six Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two Only) by way of Cheque bearing No.467394 vide letter in R.C.No.1378/2014/B2, dated 27.02.2020 produced by the learned counsel for the respondents/Societies, after deducting the Gratuity Provident Fund, Employees Provident Fund and obtained loan from the respondents/Societies.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that if any dispute arose on the aforesaid amount is credited into the bank account of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate in this matter before the

Appropriate Forum.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
