The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 take appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondent police for the criminal offences committed by them based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2017 and the subsequent complaint dated 09.07.2017.

Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced. 3.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
