This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite earlier direction given by this Court the respondent police has not completed the enquiry.

3. The learned Government advocate admits that investigation is not yet completed.

4. The respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of 8 weeks from today, till the conclusion of the enquiry,the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.
