The petitioner is A3 in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2023, now pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District. Originally, Crime No.05 of 2023 had been registered under Sections 294(b) & 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 5(n), 5(m), 5(I) & 6 of POCSO Act (3 Counts each). 2.There are three victim children. The charges will have to be framed. Let the victim children be examined and cross-examined. If that stage of trial is crossed, then, with reasonable restrictions and conditions, issuance of bail can be considered. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
