The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.716 of 2019 dated 01.11.2019 that the petitioner shall stay at Nagercoil and report before Vadasery Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 09.11.2019 onwards. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent State, the condition relating to the appearance of the petitioner imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.716 of 2019 dated 01.11.2019 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before Vadasery Police Station every 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
