ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. for the period

of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 29948 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, they seek to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioners have complied the condition till 23.08.2025 and thereafter they have not complied and final report was filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.29948 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
