Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Pa.A4/127/2016-1 dated 08.12.2016 which was received on 24.12.2016 and quash the same insofaras the fixing the seniority below the name of Devarajan is concerned and fix him in the appropriate seniority list as on 01.01.2016 consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Block Development Officer pursuant to the Provisional Seniority List as on 01.01.16 in the cadre of Deputy Block Development officer working in Villupuram District with effect from the date on which the vacancy arise in the cadre of Block Development officer.

and he was accordingly promoted and working in the promotional post and this being the factum, no further adjudication is required.
