Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Organization, Public Works Department, Chennai Region, Kamarajar Promenade, PWD Estate, Chepauk, Triplicane, Chennai 600 005 is impleaded as 10th respondent in the above writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ bundle.
