ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 12011 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has complied the condition only two days i.e.on 26.04.2025 and 27.04.2025 and thereafter he has not complied the condition and he is residing in his native place Tuticorin District.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.12011 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the South Police Station, Tuticorin on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for another period of twelve weeks.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
