Though the delay is huge, considering the reasons assigned for the delay and the fact that the delay is against a suit for partition, we are of the opinion that the appellant should be given an opportunity to prosecute the appeal. Hence, this petition is ordered, the delay of 2928 days in representing the appeal is condoned.
