ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 19602 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.19602 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. monthly once for the period of three months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
