It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that F.I.R in Crime No.1154 of 2023 had been referred as a 'mistake of fact'

and R.C.S.No.30 of 2023 had also been served on the de-facto complainant and the same is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.

2. Accordingly, this petition shall stand dismissed.
