Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct the survey of the land measuring an extent of 0.15.38 Hectares in Survey No.896/ A2B in Nallur village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and demarcate the boundaries by availing the assistance of the 3rd Respondent in the event of any obstruction from the Private Respondents, based on the Petitioners representation dated 06.08.2025,within a time period to be stipulated by this Honble court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct the survey of the land measuring an extent of 0.15.38 Hectares in Survey No.896/ A2B in Nallur village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and demarcate the boundaries by availing the assistance of the 3rd Respondent in the event of any obstruction from the Private Respondents, based on the Petitioners representation dated 06.08.2025
2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 3/7
initially, the petitioner's father was allotted the subject land vide partition. Thereafter, when the petitioner intended to transfer the patta in his favour, he came to know that certain portion of the land has been wrongly entered in the name of Hosur Panchayat Union Council. Hence, he filed a writ petition in WP.No.16185 of 2017, whereby this Court passed an order dated 12.07.2017, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner and his legal heirs. Subsequently, the petitioner filed an online application before the 2nd respondent to fence the subject property on 31.07.2025 and also filed a representation for the very same request on 06.08.2025. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to grant 4 weeks time to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

7. In the case on hand, initially, the petitioner's father was allotted the subject land vide partition. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025 and fence the petitioner's land, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there is any obstruction in the process of fencing the subject land, the respondents 1 & 2 are at liberty to approach 3rd respondent, who shall provide all necessary assistance to the 5/7
1st and 2nd respondents till the completion of process.
9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
