CMP.No.25756 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay, C.M.P.No.25764 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement and C.M.P.No.25766 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sixth respondent in Second Appeal No.750 of 2007.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have not raised any serious objection for allowing the same.

3.Accordingly, CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the main Second Appeal for hearing on 13.07.2021.
