Aggrieved by the fact that the 1st respondent has not passed orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal filed under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983 dated 17.09.2024, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

3. Considering the limited prayer made in the above Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is allowed. A mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's statutory appeal filed under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983 dated 17.09.2024, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
