Mr. Srinivasan, JUDGEMENT This criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.A No. 236 of 2019 confirming the order in C.C No. 7250 of 2014 dated 29.04.2019 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. When the matter taken for hearing both side counsel appeared submit that the matter was settled amicably to that effect filed Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.08.2025. The petitioners are acquitted from charges in C.C No. 7250 of 2014 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai. Joint Compromise memo is forming part of this judgement and the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount, if any, lying before the Trial Court. Further, If any deviation in terms of compromise, this Case will be reopened. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
