This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 27/10/2022 made by the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner, in a proper perspective manner and being silent over the unauthorised construction of the building at C Block, T.S.N.293 at Rasipuram Municipal Ward, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District in violation of building planning permission, against the principles of natural justice.

3. Heard Ms.Kalyani Kailasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27/10/2022, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the fifth respondent and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the fifth respondent.
