ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 17.11.2022 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. When this matter was listed before this Court on 17.04.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has not instructions from the petitioner and hence, he prayed this Court to delete his name from the cause list.

3. Even today, neither the petitioner nor any other counsel representing the petitioner had appeared before this Court.

4. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the present case. In such case, this Court is not inclined to keep this matter pending.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
