A.No.5903 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.144087 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J In a proposed suit assailing a resolution of the first defendant and seeking relief against defendants 2 to 8, this application is presented for leave to sue.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the first defendant is head quartered in Chennai and the office bearers of the first respondent, namely, defendants 2 to 5 carry on business within the jurisdiction of this Court. Since defendants 6 to 9 carry on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is sought.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and considering the above submissions, it appears that at least part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the applicant is granted leave to sue respondents 6 to 9 before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit if otherwise in order. If the papers are in order, let the application for interim relief be listed on 22.12.2022. 21.12.2022 rrg
