Eventhough the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff raised objection for allowing this application, which has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days in filing written statement, this Court is inclined to allow this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants/defendants for condoning the delay of 35 days in filing written statement. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the written statement filed by the defendants is taken on record.
