This petition is filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the above criminal appeal.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in confinement, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
