The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication, in this writ petition.

2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected WPMP is closed.
