This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.257 of 2019 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Walajabad Police Station, Kanchipuram District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before Judicial Magistrate-II, Kancheepuram on 16.02.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
