ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to take further action in the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.07.2019 in CSR.No.186 of 2019 and investigate the same and file final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
