Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.220 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5) & 126(2) of BNS 2023 and Section 8 & 12 of POCSO Act, 2012, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court. He further submit that, due to previous enmity, false complaint has been given. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. 3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that the accused who had come in a motor cycle in the opposite direction, had touched the breast of the minor victim girl and went away from the scene of occurrence and again he came and threaten her that, Page No.1 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Crl.O.P.No.28137 of 2024 he will touch the other private parts.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
