This matter is listed today under the caption "for orders". Heard both sides. Both the parties entered into settlement and they filed a Joint Compromise Memo. The petitioner management agreed to revoke the termination order dated 02.07.2018 and to issue a relieving-cumexperience certificate to the second respondent as on the second respondent's last working day and also agreed to offer a role to the 2nd respondent at the same designation (Associate Vice President) with an annual salary of Rs.11,00,000/- and the place of posting and role of the 2nd respondent will be decided by the management. Further, the management also offered one time compensation amount of Rs.8,50,000/- and the same was accepted by the second respondent towards full and final settlement and other conditions also mentioned in the compromise memo. The above said terms of compromise will be given effect within 90 days from today. Therefore, this 2/4

Court perused the above said compromise memo and the said memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above said compromise memo, this writ petition is disposed of. The joint compromise memo filed by the parties shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
