When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is pending in Crime No.01 of 2024. A fake certificate recovered is in the name of the petitioner and thereby, the petitioner is wanted for the purpose of enquiry. As on date, the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused and he is needed for the purpose of enquiry. The petitioner may be directed to co-operate for investigation.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused till date and he is only required for the purpose of enquiry.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondentPolice for a period of one week from 27.11.2024 to 03.12.2024 at 10.30a.m.
