By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as non teaching staff in the year 2000 and though he has rendered service for the past 17 years, he has not been regularized. In the regard, the petitioner made representation dated 27.09.2019, but till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
