2. This Court while disposing of the present writ petition on 24.11.2023, had issued certain directions to the respondent and the case was ordered to be listed on 05.02.2024 for reporting compliance.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent has filed a compliance report dated 22.01.2024 and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that survey was conducted in the subject land. The same are recorded.
