Heard Mr. T. Dhanasekaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M. Varunkumar, Learned Standing Counsel for the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials available on record apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Petitioner seeks to forbear the Fourth Respondent from putting up or drawing electric service line/cable through posts in the Petitioner's patta lands particularly comprised in Survey Nos. 36/2 and 32/2 in melkalavai Village, Gingee Taluk, 3.

The Fourth Respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that the posts have not been laid in the aforesaid lands of the Petitioner, but only in the land belonging to the Revenue Department of the State Government. It is further stated that the Petitioner is prosecuting the Writ Petition on account of certain personal animosity with the Fifth and the Sixth Respondents for whose property the electricity supply has been arranged with the electrical posts.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made endorsement noticing the aforesaid contention of the Fourth Respondent, which is recorded. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
