This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13921 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14816 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated that F.I.R has been stayed which would mean that investigation cannot be proceeded.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition shall stand dismissed.
